Forgive & Forget
Forgive but can you forget?
One who cherishes even the downfall of life is eventually the Winner.
What do you do when you get into a situation where forgiveness sounds impossible and forgetting is hell??!!
As we meet new people, explore new things, we are emotionally as well as mentally tend to get attached to them. It is evident. However, not all of them turn to be favourable for us.
Some people or things or events leave us with immeasurable pain, heartbroken, guilty, failure, and sometimes get us into a trauma.
The thing on which you might have invested your entire life, hard work could have turned into an immense failure or some of your dear ones have betrayed you or have had bitter words or experience with people that are running in the mind, all that have trembled you, left you broken, depressed and you have been shaken up.
When you come across this situation what do you do and what do you understand?
I will share a few thoughts here which helped a few people and I hope will be helpful for you as well.
Firstly be kind to yourself. Always remember it's only you who can lead a life that you are living now, no one else can live it better than you leading it. At the moment you deserve kindness way more than you ever could have.
By being kind to yourself you are allowing to stable your mental health. Allow yourself to eat healthily, go for a walk with your puppy or just sit on the garden bench and enjoy nature. Have you ever noticed nature has patterns in each of its creatures! Just embrace the refreshing nature. Nature takes something and gives something even more beautiful than that. For example, as season changes tree begins to shred its old faded leaves and when the right season arrives then the tree gets more strengthened and green leaves than it had before.
Consider life in the same way, it snatches something which you might have had desired for but it will replace it with more than you ever desired for.
Once you show kindness to yourself and you feel mentally stable the next step is to stabilize your emotions. Well, dear, it's all about FORGIVE. Yes, You read it correctly. Forgiveness is important not just for others but for you too. You must forgive yourself for getting into the circumstances in which you are currently in today and which caused you to feel sad, shattered and dishearten.
If something you can't change or you can't have control over it is always good
to consider as fortune and let it go. Some events occur in our lives to clear
up the path which would lead us to our much better destination.
It's as simple as we stat "Dirt should be cleaned up so as to keep our surroundings hygiene."
Believe in the magic of co-creating with the universe. Things that are meant for you will manifest even in downfall and if it's not meant to be then even if it's at its peak it will not last for a long.
By forgiving yourself you are releasing all the emotions that are weighing you down.
Try patting on your back once in a while and say "Bravo you have shown tremendous courage, this time shall also pass soon"
Only you can help yourself better, no one else can.
Only you can understand your emotions better, no one else can.

Now Forgive the other:
Forgive things, people or events that caused pain and left you to feel
disheartened.
Allow your heart to forgive the ample suffering caused by things, people or by any of your unfulfilled expectations, anything that weighing you down.
The things, people and event that turned into unfavourable, maybe because that was the best for that moment or for your Betterment. You never know how creatures are planned. let them unfold by themselves.
Life, people and societies are unpredictable and uncertain too.
Next and the most difficult phase is FORGETTING:
Some events or people or things are unforgettable even if they are terrible. But to move forward its important to try forgetting them which is absolutely impossible but all you can do is let them fade away. If not 100% at least for some extent you can fade those memories which is absolutely possible.
But never forget what they thought you. Each of them teaches us some or the other lesson. Sometimes not forgetting them turns into a boon. As they keep on guiding you on what to do, how to do and what not.whom to trust and whom not.what to expect and whatnot.
Be kind, Be simple and Be safe.
